When you are too busy working on your site or developing your apps, you hardly have the time to keep track of what’s happening with your virtual server – whether it is overloaded or if all the tasks are running okay. With our Managed Servers package, we will take care of this instead of you. Your virtual server will be added to our custom–made server monitoring software system and every single time there is a trace of a problem, our server administrators will be alerted automatically.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of all your data is obligatory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And using our Managed Servers option, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. Last but not least all the backups are retained on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This implies that your data will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have total freedom to install any script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are harder to run and might require some additional configuration on your part. That is where our Managed Servers option will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – it means that you will be able to basically hire one of our trained server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation of any app whatsoever that you want. And/or have him resolve a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on with our KVM VPS Servers.
